Will my membership price increase in the future?

By becoming a member, you will lock in the listed price for the life of your membership. If you cancel your membership, your renewal rate may differ from your initial rate.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can cancel your membership after you meet the minimum required membership duration:

  • Club Membership: after 4 months
  • VIP Membership: after 3 months
  • Elite Membership: after 2 months

Can I change my membership?

Yes. To change your membership, visit the billing portal by going to your Profile menu and clicking on Billing.

Can I get a refund after I paid for a season?

You can request to cancel your season registration and receive a full refund up to three days before the season starts.

Is there a fee to play?

If you are not a paid member, there is a small fee per season. This fee covers the cost of running the program and also pays for the prize. You will only pay if you decide to play a tournament.

All our members get one free format (singles, doubles, or mixed-doubles) per season. Additional formats per season depends on the membership tier.
